Well - After all this time I have decided to re-surface in blogland.
Hopefully this time I will do much better and hopefully it will make me
take more pictures. I have been lagging on the picture taking lately.
More to come later about what all has happened in the last year and a half!!

Mardi Gras 2008

Yesterday we went to our 1st Mardi Gras Parade of the season. We started out at the Mystic Mutts parade and the girls just loved the doggies. It was kinda misty and cold - but we still had fun. Not much loot from that parade. After the parade was over we headed with a group of friends to the local pizza pub to dry off, eat and wait for the Knights of Ecor Rouge Parade. The rain finally let up and it was not to cold - We had a BLAST!! I left the camera in the car so it would not get wet and did not venture back to the car in the dark to get it - so the pics are from this morning. Check out the Sponge Bob slippers! We actually got more "stuffed junk" than ever before!!

Book Fun

I was cleaning the kitchen only to discover that the girls had taken

out all the books from their 4 book boxes! Books were everywhere and Bentley

decided she needed to read in the box.

Bentley's Drawings
